Bringing you live events, educational courses which earn you certificates, access to remote requests from our Telescopes, One to Ones, discussion support and help. We are always looking at new features we offer our guests.
Access portal is the place you will find links to all sections within the website. There’s some sections which you may not be able to visit with your current membership level, to upgrade click the link to visit the upgrade store.

We offer 24/5 support primarily via forums and email, which we have found to be the most efficient means for both our customers and our support staff.
By default, all web pages are served using HTTPS. Our Amazon cloud infrastructure is hosted in a virtual private cloud. All personal passwords are encrypted. Our e-commerce integration is PCI compliant, and financial data never even touches our servers.
All access to files, such as images and videos, are via URLs that are individually encrypted for each user to prevent unauthorised sharing of resources. Our database is encrypted at rest.
We’ve added a button on the shopping cart page which allows you to empty your cart and reset your purchase. Simply click that, and start again from the membership options page.
