We’re thrilled to have you join us on our mission to inspire, educate and connect people with the night sky. Kielder Observatory isn’t just a place; it’s a shared passion for discovery, storytelling, and making astronomy accessible to everyone, everywhere.
This onboarding space will first guide you through some mandatory training and collection of information. Following completion of this course, you can move on to the Astronomer and Science Communicator training which will share everything you need to know about working with us — from how we run our events and look after our guests, to the values and vision that make Kielder Observatory what it is.
Take your time, explore, and don’t be afraid to ask questions along the way. Every star in our team brings something unique — and now, that includes you.
